If you are a service-oriented individual with professional ethics and eager to grow within an excellence-oriented hospital environment, we are looking for you! **We Offer:** Statutory benefits Opportunities for development and continuous training Excellent work environment Grocery vouchers Savings fund **RESPONSIBILITIES:** .Execute assigned work plans, both from the annual planning and those assigned over time. * Conduct tracer studies (internal audits) across various departments and processes, focusing on quality and patient safety models; prepare reports and submit them to respective departments for follow-up on finding closures. * Manage meetings of the Quality and Patient Safety Committee. * Conduct annually the Mock Audit (General Health Council–style audit), prepare the report, and jointly follow up with departments to close findings. * Participate in supplier evaluations as required by the MAC Quality Model. * Support the design and maintenance of the MAC Quality Model. * Validate training and competency materials and tools related to the MAC Quality Model. * Train staff on the MAC Quality Model. * Implement and monitor the MAC Quality Model. **Location**: Pje.
