In our soluble freeze-dried coffee division, we are seeking professionals who meet the following profile: Position Objective: Ensure equipment availability by following the scheduled preventive maintenance plan, promptly addressing unscheduled maintenance, according to the organization's policies, procedures, and processes to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities: Complete 100% of assigned preventive and scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure equipment availability. Respond quickly and effectively to unscheduled maintenance during normal production to reduce downtime. Train operational staff in adjustments or activities that improve equipment performance to prevent equipment damage due to improper operation. Follow CAFESCA's integrated management system policies, maintenance instructions and procedures, programs, and cleaning monitoring to meet quality and safety standards, work with occupational and environmental safety, and ensure proper execution of maintenance based on experience, as well as maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Use energy-consuming equipment appropriately to contribute to energy savings. Confirm and close time spent on activities performed each workday, entering them into SAP software to maintain a reliable daily record of maintenance expenses. Propose ideas, suggestions, and initiatives that help improve equipment performance and extend equipment lifespan. Analyze failures and provide concrete solutions targeting root causes to continuously reduce repetitive failures. Job Location: Tapachula, Chiapas **Requirements:** --------------- Education: Higher education in mechatronics or related field. Experience: 3 years in the industrial sector. Knowledge Interpretation of single-line and three-phase electrical diagrams Interpretation of pneumatic diagrams Interpretation of hydraulic diagrams Scale calibration and fault detection Calibration of process equipment (flow meters, densimeters, pressure sensors, etc.) Knowledge of critical control points (CCPs) Industrial instrumentation PLC Working Conditions: Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience.
