**Position:** Delivery Coordinator **Company:** Nissan **Overview:** The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the proper delivery of vehicles to end customers or dealerships, guaranteeing that each unit is delivered on time, in the correct condition, and meeting the brand’s established quality and service standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the delivery process for new vehicles from the plant, logistics center, or dealership to the end customer. * Verify that units meet quality, documentation, and preparation requirements prior to delivery. * Schedule delivery dates and times jointly with Sales, Logistics, and customers. * Track inventory, unit status, and delivery timelines. * Manage required documentation (invoices, contracts, license plates, warranties, etc.). * Resolve incidents related to delivery delays, damages, or errors. * Maintain constant communication with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, After-sales) and external transportation providers. * Ensure a positive delivery experience aligned with Nissan’s customer service standards. * Prepare delivery reports, performance indicators, and goal achievement summaries. **Requirements and Profile:** * Valid driver’s license * Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in logistics, distribution, delivery coordination, or the automotive sector (preferred). * Basic knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and vehicle documentation. * Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills. * Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. * Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, management systems, email). **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Results-oriented * Proactivity * Negotiation and coordination ability Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $7,039.77 – $17,616.43 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
