Job Summary: The IT Support Coordinator provides technical assistance to users for hardware, software, networks, and other technologies, with a focus on productivity and customer service. Opportunity for professional growth **Primary Function** The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for delivering information technology support by providing technical assistance to users of computer systems—including hardware, software (applications), networks, and other technologies—with an emphasis on productivity and customer service. **General Responsibilities** * Provide support for computer equipment, servers, and networks. * Schedule preventive maintenance for computer equipment, servers, and networks; resolve connectivity issues with systems. * Deliver appropriate user training on equipment usage when required. * Collaborate with the U.S. IT department on projects involving analysis, evaluation, testing, and implementation of new technologies, such as web portals, backend database servers, data storage, among others. * Conduct periodic reviews of FFR and BBN’s IT infrastructure, reporting on its status and proposing maintenance, repair, and/or continuous improvement plans as needed. * Maintain precise control over the customer support ticketing portal and the company’s technology asset inventory. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.** * **Advanced English proficiency.** * Three years of experience installing and configuring software, hardware, and telecommunications systems. * Server interaction in hybrid or cloud environments. * Experience in systems, infrastructure, and operations support (on-site and remote). * Proficiency in Microsoft products, SQL Server, Dynamics 365 Business, and ERP systems. * Experience with modern identity, endpoint, and security technologies. * Foundational knowledge of networking and connectivity in modern environments (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities * Monday–Friday schedule Salary: Starting at $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * IT Support: 3 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
