Job Summary: Recovers credit accounts by visiting customers' homes, offering payment plans, and providing friendly service while operating a motorcycle. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities * Visit the homes of debtors who have applied for credit but failed to make payments, in order to offer various payment plans * Recover overdue accounts * Provide respectful and kind service to our customers * Inform customers of all benefits available when maintaining an active credit account * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective equipment Ideal Candidate Profile * Experience in customer service, collections, or sales * Motorcycle operation skills * Valid motorcycle driver's license * Mobile device proficiency * Goal- and target-oriented * Effective communication and teamwork skills We Offer * Statutory benefits (effective from day one) * Life insurance * Weekly base salary: $2,500 * Attractive weekly commission scheme * Tools: Motorcycle and Pax * Work schedule: Monday through Sunday (midweek day off) * Uniforms * Utility motorcycle (you may take it home) * Protective equipment * Group discounts * Partnerships
