Experience in the field, as an accounting assistant, analyst, or in similar positions. Comprehensive Excel skills: pivot tables and formulas. Proficiency in ASPEL COI and SAE. Experience preparing Monthly / Annual / PF and PM tax returns. Flexible availability of working hours. SKILLS: Teamwork, assertive communication. Proactivity, punctuality. Results-oriented. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounting entries using dynamic journal entries and bulk uploads. Preparation of Financial Statements. Reconciliation of Trial Balance. Consolidation of account balances. Filing of Monthly Tax Returns. Filing of Annual Tax Return. Use of SAT platform, Infonavit platform, and 3% payroll tax. Preparation of Preliminary Closings.
