Job Summary: We are seeking a Hotel Manager with proven experience, English proficiency, and expertise in hotel management to ensure operational optimization and superior customer service. Excellent customer service skills and business-oriented mindset Gender: Unrestricted Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (LAE), Hotel Management, or related field Proven experience as Hotel Manager or equivalent position, English proficiency, comprehensive knowledge of hotel management practices, legal, health, and safety regulations, practical knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus. Ensure operational optimization, excellent customer service skills, business-oriented mindset, teamwork, residence in Tapachula, flexible working hours, and professional appearance. Skills: Service orientation, organization, responsibility, reliability, and integrity. Minimum 1 year of experience in this role.
