




Description and details of activities * Manages procurement activities inherent to the Agency's operations and operational needs. * Prepares purchase orders for various departments, as well as maintains records of all documentation related to the procurement area. * Manages returns and/or claims with suppliers. * Requests quotations from suppliers for appropriate selection of services and/or products. * Maintains stock of materials and items required across the Agency's different departments. * Supports the coordinator in activities related to facility maintenance. Experience and requirements * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Preferably more than 6 months of work experience. * Valid driver’s license. * Customer service experience is desirable. * Experience in developing procurement and/or maintenance policies and procedures is desirable.
