At **Grupo Chesa**, we are looking for an **Automotive Workshop Manager** with leadership, results-oriented focus, and commitment to quality, to coordinate service operations at our agency located in **Tapachula, Chiapas**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate technical workshop staff. * Ensure proper execution of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. * Monitor timelines, productivity, and compliance with brand standards. * Guarantee work quality before customer delivery. * Manage service orders and coordinate with parts and reception departments. * Promote continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Degree or near completion in Automotive Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum of **1 year of experience as a workshop manager or lead technician** in the automotive sector. * Knowledge of automotive mechanics, diagnostics, and service processes. * Leadership, communication skills, and results orientation. * Availability for flexible hours and teamwork.
