We are looking for a professional with commercial-administrative experience, with sales background, to promote homes from our Real Estate Development through Infonavit, Fovissste, and bank financing, who has prior knowledge in pre-qualifying and assembling applicant and customer files. Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales \- Good communication skills \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite \- Teamwork ability \- Preferably, previous knowledge of activities and services related to real estate sales or assembling client files that have utilized credits from Infonavit, Fovissste, banks, Sofom, and Notaries. \- Relevant bachelor's degree \- Age: 27 to 40 years old We offer: \- Base salary \- 2% commission per property sold \- Uniforms \- Career growth opportunities Working hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00am \- 06:00pm (45 min lunch break) Saturday: 09:00am \- 02:00pm Responsibilities: \- General administrative support: Receive, verify, classify, and safeguard documents; maintain organization of credit file information and documents according to our internal policies. \- Promotion of real estate development homes: Provide advisory services on the homes we develop with the goal of closing sales. \- Assist customers in identifying their needs and provide follow-up on post-sale requests. \- Proficiency in office software: Use word processing and spreadsheet programs to better streamline information. \- Occasional support in completing procedures at institutions and Public Notary offices.
