Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience in industrial maintenance, quality management, and leadership for a full-time position. Key Points: 1. Leadership, problem-solving, and personnel management skills. Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related field. Intermediate English Age: 26 to 38 years old Salary: $20,000 to $25,000 gross monthly. Requirements: Proven experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in maintenance administration. Experience in TPM, MTTR, MTBF, PLC. Experience in Quality Management System (ISO/IATF). Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance planning. Control and analysis of failures and issues. Development of electrical and control diagrams. Generation of KPI reports. Interpretation of engineering drawings. Operation of conventional machines and tools. Use of measuring instruments. General Competencies: Integration and collaboration.
