




DESCRIPTION **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Provide professional advice to current and potential customers to generate effective sales and meet the sales targets set by the company. **EXPECTED RESULTS:** Increase in Insulpanel sales volume **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Sales and business relationships, Market strategies, Customer service, Quotation follow-up, Sales closing, Knowledge of the construction market. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Manage and achieve Insulpanel sales budget. 2\. Increase Insulpanel customer portfolio. 3\. Comply with and monitor pricing and credit policies. 4\. Sales statistics and projections. 5\. Responsible for customer satisfaction. 6\. Project prospecting and follow-ups. 7\. Update the SGCF system. 8\. Post-sale customer follow-up. 9\. Perform customer collections activities. 10\. Monitor competitor product offerings and pricing. 11\. Knowledge of construction systems alternative to ours. 12\. Responsible for execution of the order cycle. 13\. Enter sales orders. 14\. Release sales orders. 15\. Submit new customer registration requests. 16\. Submit technical department requests. REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 2 YEARS OWN VEHICLE (GASOLINE AND MAINTENANCE COVERED) FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY 80% FIELD 20% OFFICE ARCHITECT AND/OR CIVIL ENGINEER
