




Job Summary: Provide technical support and maintenance for technological equipment in the store, including installation, configuration, and staff training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and maintenance of technological equipment 2. Installation and configuration of new equipment and systems 3. Training staff on the use of technological tools Provide technical support for technological equipment installed in the store (point-of-sale terminals, printers, scanners, network equipment, etc.). * Perform periodic preventive maintenance on technological equipment to ensure proper operation. * Install, configure, and commission new equipment or systems according to the store’s operational needs. * Support the implementation of technological projects in the store, in coordination with the Deployment team. * Train and assist store staff in the proper use of technological tools. * Identify and report potential failures, risks, or opportunities for improvement in technological systems or processes. * Actively collaborate with the store team, promoting a collaborative work environment focused on results. * Basic knowledge of hardware and software. * Basic proficiency with Office tools. * Familiarity with retail environments or point-of-sale (POS) equipment is desirable. * Proficiency in and knowledge of store applications. * Must hold a supervisory or assistant position.
