Monitors compliance with policies and procedures **Position Description** Supports the Store Manager by monitoring and driving the execution of correct operational and administrative practices for the business to ensure maximum store productivity. Attracts, trains, and retains high-performing AutoZoners so they can perform their duties in a safe work environment. Monitors store performance indicators and standards through adherence to AutoZone policies and procedures to ensure WOW! Service and exceed customer expectations. **Responsibilities** * Ensures follow-up and compliance with processes and standards evaluated in internal audits and store performance quality, collaborating with the Store Manager to develop action plans for improving results—for example: DIY Operations\- AZC\-HUB, CQ’s, LP, Inventory Administration, HR, Safety, Maintenance. * Contributes to compliance with legality, policies, procedures, and official requirements. * Assists the Manager in supervising proper scheduling of store staff shifts as well as accurate and timely payroll processing for AutoZoners. * Collaborates with the management team to maintain a safe work environment and safe behaviors, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and appropriately and promptly following and applying safety, emergency, and accident procedures. * In coordination with the Store Manager, conducts and follows up on recruitment and selection activities to ensure timely coverage of vacancies and maintain full staffing. * Supports management in ensuring implementation of job-specific training and career programs (LG and EDA) in the store, as well as proper onboarding into positions through shadow training. * Supports overall store operations and assumes responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence; promptly and confidentially communicates all concerns and situations arising from AutoZoners, providing objective and constructive feedback on team performance. Assists the Manager in monitoring achievement of store financial goals, expenses, and profit-and-loss targets. * **Requirements** * High school diploma * Field of study in Business Administration * Two to three years of experience * Availability to work flexible schedules as required by the business (including holidays and weekends).
