




**Position Objective:** Ensure the proper execution and implementation of the central strategy for Credit products, application of processes, use of tools, and development of high-performance teams to drive sales and achieve goals with excellent experience for both employees and customers at the region's points of sale. **Main Responsibilities:** * Communicate and train on products, processes, and central strategies. * Supervise the correct implementation of strategies in branches. * Identify specific needs and opportunities within the territory and market. * Develop strategies focused on profitability and productivity. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and branch productivity. * Ensure effective collaboration between business partners and RED operators (Territorial, Directors, Regionals, Managers, and Advisors). Foster advisor productivity and increase profitability. * Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, regulations, and internal policies. .Monitoring more than 50 branches in CHIAPAS **Required Profile** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree (commercial, administration, or related fields). **Experience:** * 1 to 3 years in operational or commercial coordination in the field (Regional Manager, Implementation, or supervision). * Management of operational or commercial improvement projects. * Sales of financial or retail products. * Business partner support. * Leadership and team management. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Operation systems handling (SIE, SRCU, ADN, SAC, Point of Sale). * Use of banking and administrative management systems. * Intermediate-to-advanced Office skills. * Performance indicator analysis (KPIs). **Competencies:** * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and training abilities. * Time organization and self-management. * Leadership without authority (ability to influence and mobilize teams). * Results orientation and ability to work under pressure. * Negotiation and agreement building.
