**Manufacturing Supervisor** **Location:** San Juan de Ocotán **Company:** Wooden Pallet Manufacturing **Job Objective** Ensure the efficient operation of the **Assembly** area, guaranteeing compliance with **quality standards**, **productivity indicators**, and the **optimal use of resources**, resolving operational incidents in real time and leading high-volume teams. **Requirements** * **3 years of experience** as Manufacturing or Production Supervisor * **Engineering or related technical degree** * Experience in **pallet assembly and/or manufacturing processes** preferred * **Supervision of operational staff** (preference for teams of **60 people or more**) * Knowledge of: * **FSC Certification** * Internal and external audits * Inventory control * Proven experience in **manufacturing environments** **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the assembly area * Ensure compliance with **quality, productivity, and safety** * Monitor KPIs and propose operational improvements * Resolve operational incidents in real time * Manage and develop operational staff * Support audits and certification compliance * Control and efficient use of materials and inventory **We Offer** * **Salary:** $16,000 net monthly * **Statutory benefits** * **Direct hiring by the company** * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm * Job stability in an established company Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
