Coordination of technical assistance and communication with customers. **Vacancy: Yard Manager – Mechanical Workshop** **Location:** Jardines de Jerez Neighborhood, ZIP Code 37530, León, Gto. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Sundays off. **Job Objective** To supervise, coordinate, and optimize mechanical department operations, ensuring proper execution of vehicle maintenance and repair tasks in compliance with established quality, safety, and time standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the workshop’s technical staff. * Assign work orders based on priority and complexity. * Verify the quality of diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. * Ensure proper use of tools and equipment. * Comply with and promote safety and hygiene standards. * Communicate technical diagnoses and procedures to customers clearly and understandably. * Coordinate assistance for retrieving immobilized vehicles, ensuring customer safety and service. **Candidate Profile** * **Age:** 30 to 45 years old. * **Education:** Automotive Mechanical Technician or Engineer (preferred). * **Experience:** 5 years as an automotive mechanic and at least 2 years supervising workshops. **Required Skills** * Leadership, integrity, and teamwork. * Clear communication and customer orientation. * Organization, planning, and conflict management. * Ability to perform computerized diagnostics and preventive/corrective procedures. * Proactivity and decision-making ability. **Technical Knowledge** * General automotive mechanics: engines, brakes, suspension, transmission, and steering. * Use of scanners and specialized software. * Customer service and complaint resolution. **We Offer** * Net weekly salary of $3,500.00 MXN + commissions * Statutory benefits * Job stability **Apply Now** If you meet the profile and wish to join a team committed to quality and service, submit your CV via Indeed.
