Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based employee**Job Objective** Support the proper receipt and delivery of products to customers, ensuring they are carried out within established timeframes and with required quality, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Address drivers’ and/or carriers’ requests regarding reports of any type of incident occurring during delivery, and follow up accordingly. * Ensure timely completion of generated tracking numbers, as well as timely and appropriate follow-up on any incidents arising, in accordance with Cab Logistics’ procedures and policies. * Review daily requests from the commercial team for delivery notice generation and ensure their correct issuance. * Review and respond to requests for authorization of extraordinary handling fees received, approving them where appropriate. * Generate relevant information for measuring, identifying issues, and continuously improving customer satisfaction during deliveries. Experience * Customer service: 6 months * Conflict resolution / Incident management: 6 months Knowledge * Basic Excel.
