**New Product Engineer** Requirements: * Completed engineering degree in related field * Advanced English * 2 years in project management or new product coordinator roles within manufacturing and electronics sectors, or as new product developer (Product Owner). * Advanced knowledge of Office software suite. * Extensive knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, including SMT (Surface-Mount Technology), PCB assembly, and functional testing. Responsibilities: * Manage the full lifecycle of new product development, from conceptualization through to mass production. * Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical specifications and quality criteria. * Interface with our customers’ counterparts to define commitments and objectives, ensuring proper planning of timelines, models to be qualified, volume requirements, resources, etc. * Maintain documented checklists for preparation of new product qualification runs, FAIs or other customer-specific validations. * Document new product department processes
