SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description

Provide support for in-store operational floor activities by executing the operational processes related to sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet the assigned store's operational and commercial performance indicators. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, excess inventory, and trucks in accordance with applicable merchandise arrangement guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to fulfill inventory counts; * Perform proper front-facing and labeling to classify merchandise, and participate in opening and closing tasks as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor to ensure correct merchandise arrangement and store presentation. * Carry out customer service activities by clarifying inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, functionality, and pricing, thereby delivering excellent service reflected in point-of-sale transaction closures, and handling customer phone calls to address inquiries about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with the cash register policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a warehouse worker, cashier, or general assistant. * Previous customer service experience is desirable.
