Coordination and supervision of teams in the entertainment sector. **HOST LEADER** *GALEX is looking for a Host Leader!* At ***GALEX***, we seek individuals with leadership qualities, a service-oriented attitude, and a passion for entertainment to coordinate and supervise the operational team during their shift, ensuring an excellent experience for our customers and the proper functioning of the branch. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Supervise and coordinate the floor host team during operations. * Verify the proper functioning of machines, equipment, and payment systems at the start of each shift. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and visual presentation across all areas of the branch. * Promote current promotions and products, motivating the team to meet targets. * Provide direct customer service and resolve on-floor issues or complaints. * Report operational incidents and maintenance needs to the assistant manager. * Support the training and onboarding of new hosts. * Supervise compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards. * Conduct inventory, cash, and machine accessory tracking. ***Requirements:*** * Age between 20 and 35 years. * Completed high school education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, hosting, shift supervision, or entertainment and service-related fields. * Basic proficiency in Word and Excel. * Basic knowledge of cash handling and operational tracking. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ***We Offer:*** * Monthly gross salary of ***$13,200*** via BBVA. * Monthly food vouchers of ***$924***. * Life insurance. * Uniform. * Birthday day off. * Opportunity for growth and development within the company.
