Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary HR liaison at the plant, addressing personnel incidents and needs.
* Manage pre\-payroll, vacation tracking, and administrative employee records.
* Prepare and monitor HR and financial reports.
* Support onboarding processes, audits, and labor compliance.
* Provide administrative support and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
* 3–5 years of experience in HR or administration.
* Knowledge of pre\-payroll and incident management.
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
* **Intermediate \- Advanced English**
* Availability to work onsite in Puebla.
