Collaborate with news teams to identify topics with high political and social impact. **Position Objective** Analyze, interpret, and optimize the performance of informational content and digital campaigns using data to improve editorial decision-making, maximize social media reach, ensure accurate audience segmentation and digital advertising effectiveness, and align with the media outlet's editorial line. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Analyze performance metrics of informational content on digital platforms. * Identify audience consumption patterns (timing, formats, topics of interest). * Generate insights to optimize content strategy. * Measure digital campaign impact (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions). * Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns. * Define strategic audience segments aligned with informational audiences. * Monitor campaigns in real time and adjust based on results. * Ensure scheduled campaigns and content adhere to the media outlet's editorial line. * Collaborate with the news department to prioritize strategic content. * Identify topics with high political and social impact. * **Avoid inappropriate biases or reputational risks in advertising.** * Detect opportunities for informational positioning. * Propose improvements based on audience behavior. **Candidate Profile** **Academic Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Political Science, or related field. * Digital analytics or digital marketing specialization preferred. **Experience:** * Minimum 2–4 years in digital data analysis and social media advertising. * Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads. * Experience in media organizations, agencies, or political campaigns (preferred). * Proven experience optimizing campaigns and improving key metrics. **Technical Knowledge:** * Digital analytics (Google Analytics, social media metrics). * Advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). * Advanced Excel or data analysis tools. * Interpretation of digital KPIs. * Basic SEO. * Audience segmentation. * Monitoring of digital trends. **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical thinking * Results-oriented mindset * Attention to detail * Data-driven decision making * Clear communication of insights * Political and social sensitivity * Informational ethics * Proactivity **Position Conditions** * Flexible schedule availability (including weekends and special coverage). * Work under pressure and in real time. * Salary range: $14,000–$18,000, depending on experience.
