




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for a collections role involving customer service, negotiation, and overdue account management at an educational institution. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive collection and overdue account management *We are an institution providing educational services.* *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in Administration. * 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience. * Experience working in schools, specifically in the Collections Department (preferred). * Customer service and client interaction skills. * Familiarity with educational platforms (preferred). * Collection calls. * Payment validation and reconciliation. * Payment recording. * Overdue account follow-up. * Overdue account recovery. * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
