A global agricultural company focused on unique agrochemical blends and formulations is seeking to fill the position of **Sales Representative** for the **Central Region of Mexico**. Are you available to travel, provide technical advisory services, conduct product demonstrations, and are you familiar with the agricultural area of work? Then this job opportunity is for you! The person selected will be responsible for promoting and marketing products, providing technical advice to clients in the sector to meet their production needs, increase sales, and strengthen the brand's market presence. **Residence location:** State of Mexico, Guerrero, or Hidalgo **Work region:** Central Region of Mexico (State of Mexico, Guerrero, and Hidalgo) Experience / Requirements: * 3 to 5 years of experience in this or a similar role in agrochemical sales; * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field; * Proficiency in Office suite, SAP B\-ONE or similar software; * High availability for travel and strong agricultural knowledge of the work region; * Client prospecting and acquisition; * Technical advisory and product demonstrations; * Development of sales strategies; * Sales negotiation and closing; * Post-sale follow-up and customer retention; * Collections management and portfolio administration; * Market monitoring and competitive analysis; * Report preparation and performance analysis; * Strong negotiation skills, active listening, effective communication, persuasion, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, sales closing, and various sales techniques.
