Desarrollo 1, Industrial Cuamatla, 54730 Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx. **(Very close to Ford)** **Computer and mobile device repair and maintenance; Hardware and software technical support** **Education:** Technical high school diploma in computer science or related field **Experience:** Minimum 1 year, with certification from a recognized brand. **Responsibilities:** Computer and mobile device repair: Receive devices assigned to the laboratory and report their condition to the module. Identify problems and faults in received equipment, verify diagnoses performed by the module, and provide appropriate solutions to restore functionality. Ensure equipment is repaired to the highest quality standards and within the shortest possible timeframe. Intelisis order tracking: Handle service orders assigned to your user account. Perform accurate diagnosis and repair. Track purchases. Deliver repaired equipment to logistics, completing the logbook in accordance with established policies. Administrative process handling: Provide technical and procedural training to laboratory technicians. Monitor KPIs for laboratory technicians regarding effectiveness and quality. Review incident and warranty quality.
