Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition** Breaks down labor hours and materials (steel and supplier spare parts) for tool fabrication while simultaneously ensuring Safety, Quality, Speed, and Cost standards. **Responsibilities:** * Communicate critical equipment performance and maintenance issues to managers; support the team in implementing robust solutions to improve overall efficiency, equipment performance, and uptime. * Comply with safety, health, and environmental guidelines and participate in continuous improvement of procedures during equipment maintenance. * Inspect machinery and tooling to identify problems and potential solutions, and perform appropriate troubleshooting procedures. * Track work orders (SAP notifications), spare parts consumption requisitions, and tooling component requests. **Required Education:** Completed high school (general or technical) or engineering student (in related field). **Problem Solving** * Identifies and documents specific problems and alternative solutions. * Examines a specific problem and understands the perspective of each involved stakeholder. * Develops alternative techniques to assess the accuracy and relevance of information. * Helps analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and reach decisions on their resolution. * Uses research techniques and diagnostic tools to identify problems. **Mechanics / Machinery** * Provides key information regarding critical acquisition, operation, maintenance, and safety considerations involving equipment and machinery. * Maintains up-to-date proficiency with the most complex tools and machinery (e.g., by seeking updated operational training courses). * Recommends continuous improvements in equipment and machinery operation, maintenance, safety, and training. * Guides, trains, and develops others in the use, operation, and maintenance of various equipment, tools, and machinery. * Resolves the most complex issues related to equipment and machinery use, operation, or maintenance. **Technical Problem Solving** * Evaluates the business impact of failures, as well as the criticality and timing required for resolution. * Resolves difficult or high-impact equipment and system problems. * Monitors machine performance and history; addresses excessive maintenance or repair needs. * Trains others on resolving integration or communication problems in multi-vendor environments. * Applies specific techniques to isolate a problem and define a resolution approach. * Uses advanced diagnostic techniques and tools for unusual or performance-related issues. **Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)** * Provides regular replacements for degraded components to protect against machine failure. * Uses preventive maintenance systems to track facility usage history. * Evaluates daily utility company processes to ensure maintenance procedures are properly followed. * Participates in repairs of all facilities according to deterioration cycle. **Top Candidate Attributes:** * Proficiency in Office 365 (minimum 90%) * Ability to develop graphical programs * Knowledge of the metal-mechanical industry **Additional Information** * Job Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. * Shift rotation availability required. * Relocation is not offered. **Final Details:** Please frequently check the email associated with your application, including your spam/junk folder, as this is our primary method of correspondence.
