That’s why we recruit great minds from all walks of life. **This position will develop, manage, and deliver the EHS training program with a strong focus on safety topics, as well as train Emergency Response Brigades according to Civil Protection and Labor Agency requirements.** **Responsibilities** * Identify safety, health, and environmental needs for each role within the organization * Manage the EHS training needs assessment program * Design and develop training documentation and supporting materials * Deliver and evaluate theoretical and practical EHS training sessions * Monitor training program performance and report its status * Improve the Contingency Plan (Civil Protection) in accordance with legal requirements and company needs * Submit required updates for permits and authorizations to Civil Protection and the General Directorate of Labor as needed **What do you need to succeed in this position?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field * DC5 Certification * Proven experience as a professional Safety and Health instructor * Knowledge of legal and corporate requirements such as STPS/SSA standards, Civil Protection regulations, IMSS regulations, world\-class safety and health management systems, etc. * Knowledge of OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 9001, health risk management, root cause analysis * MS Office * Intermediate English proficiency * Knowledge in: + Firefighting and fire prevention brigades + First aid brigades, basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support + Evacuation, search, and rescue brigades + Leak and spill control brigades (hazardous materials) + Height rescue brigades + Command center and communications + Equipment and machinery safety (NOM\-004\) + Hazardous materials (storage, transport, and handling) (NOM\-005\) + Operation of forklifts, towing tractors, and pallet jacks (electric and manual) (NOM\-006\) + Industrial vehicles and pedestrian safety (NOM\-006\) **Equal Employment Opportunity Statement** Siemens is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that values diversity in the workplace.
