




Position Summary: Coordinate and manage training programs, supervise instructors, and ensure regulatory compliance in safety. Key Highlights: 1. Design and coordination of comprehensive training programs. 2. Supervision and evaluation of instructor performance. 3. Regulatory and legal compliance management in safety. * Develop the annual training plan in accordance with applicable legislation and client requirements. * Design training content and instructional materials (manuals, presentations, assessments). * Coordinate induction, refresher, specialization, and certification courses. * Supervise and evaluate instructor performance. * Manage compliance with requirements set by competent authorities (e.g., Secretariat of Public Security and Citizen Protection in Mexico). * Ensure personnel comply with standards established by regulatory bodies such as the General Directorate of Private Security. * Rational use of force * Human rights * First aid * Civil protection * Crisis management * Customer service * Coordinate drills and operational practice sessions. * Maintain records and certificates of training. * Evaluate performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Ensure compliance with regulations such as the Federal Law on Private Security (as applicable by country). * Administer the training department budget.
