**Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and monitor pest control services to ensure proper implementation of established programs, compliance with quality and safety standards, and effective communication with clients and operational staff. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate fumigation routes and field visits according to the assigned schedule. * Supervise technical staff in the field, verifying correct use of equipment and products. * Ensure proper application of pesticides in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Prepare and submit daily/weekly service reports. * Address client requests, incidents, and inquiries. * Ensure continuous training of operational staff. * Monitor usage and control of materials, chemicals, and equipment. * Promote compliance with company policies and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma * Experience: 1–2 years in operational supervision * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle * Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and pesticide usage regulations * Skills: * Leadership and personnel management * Effective communication * Organization and planning * Results-oriented mindset Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
