Compensation Analyst
Job Objective:
Responsible for administering, analyzing, and monitoring the company's compensation and bonus scheme, ensuring proper compliance with metrics, indicators, and internal policies for incentive allocation, salary increases, and internal transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Analyze and administer the company's compensation and bonus schemes
\- Validate compliance with established metrics, KPIs, and objectives for each employee
\- Conduct analyses and calculations to determine appropriate bonus and incentive amounts
\- Follow up with leaders and direct supervisors to validate performance and objective achievement
\- Generate reports and analyses related to variable compensation
\- Participate in salary reviews, increases, and internal promotions
\- Ensure compliance with internal policies related to compensation and organizational structure
\- Coordinate information with Human Resources, Finance, and Operations departments
\- Identify opportunities for improvement in compensation schemes and internal controls
\- Maintain administrative control and tracking of compensation-related movements

\- Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
\- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation, salary analysis, bonuses, or KPI administration
\- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
\- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
\- Proficiency in working with metrics, reporting, and information analysis
\- Effective communication and follow-up skills across various departments and leadership levels
We Offer:
Work Location: Santiago, Nuevo Leon
Salary: $25,000 to $30,000 gross monthly
