WE ARE MEKANICH COMPANY, SEEKING AN **OPERATIONS ENGINEER** IN THE METAL-MECHANICAL INDUSTRY TO CARRY OUT WORK REQUIRED BY CLIENTS SUCH AS TERNIUM MEXICO. **Candidate Profile** * Age 28 to 40 years old * 5 years of experience in metal-mechanical companies * Residency in Monterrey, N.L. ***(Mandatory)*** * Mechanical, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related degree * Advanced level in preparation and interpretation of industrial blueprints * Familiarity with standards * Degree holder * Advanced Excel proficiency * Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations execution: Ensure daily activities are carried out efficiently * Make strategic decisions: Adapt strategies to company needs * Supervise modular structures for upper elbow replacements * Supervise furnaces for installation of assembly structures * Coordinate hot mill table repair at Ternium Guerrero Plant **Experience Requirements:** * Manage logistics: Plan, execute, and control plant operations * Interpret industrial blueprints for projects * Experience with AutoCAD 3D and SolidWorks 3D * Manage human resources: Lead operations teams and foster a positive work environment * Develop improvement proposals: Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes supporting operations * Build alliances: Establish strategic relationships with suppliers, clients, and other companies * Supervise daily operations execution: Ensure daily activities are carried out efficiently * Make strategic decisions: Adapt strategies to company needs * Coordinate repair and installation projects for metallic structures such as stairs, railings, platforms, and cooling systems for Danielli furnaces * Process optimization: Ensure operations are completed within the correct timeframe for delivery **Benefits:** * Competitive salary based on experience: MXN $20,000.00–$22,000.00 gross per month * Weekly gasoline allowance * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 20 days' pay * Paid leave from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Paternity support * Bereavement support * **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED** **INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY AND SEND THEIR CV TO 8110362845** Salary: $20,000.00–$22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Salary increases * Company vehicle * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Sick leave * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
