Join a solid organization in the healthcare sector **Role Objective:** We seek an engineer with a technical and practical mindset to **lead the transition** toward ISO 9001 certification\. We do not seek merely a document manager, but someone who understands plant-floor workflows and ensures regulatory compliance without over-bureaucratizing operations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Mapping and Optimization:** Document existing processes per ISO standards, eliminating bottlenecks. * **Guidance:** Support the internal team in adopting a quality culture. * **Document Management:** Develop manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and specific records for Pharma/Healthcare. * **Audits:** Lead internal audits and prepare the company for certification audits. **Technical Profile** * **Engineering:** Industrial, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or related field. * **Hard Skills:** * **ISO 9001:2015** (standard interpretation). * Knowledge of **NOM\-059** (or equivalent local Good Manufacturing Practices regulation) * Risk Analysis Management (HACCP or FMEA). * **Lean Manufacturing** (basic/intermediate level for efficiency). * ISO 14000 knowledge is desirable. **What We Offer:** * **Salary:** Competitive and commensurate with your experience. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (9:00 am \- 6:00 pm) and Saturdays (9:00 am \- 1:00 pm). * **Stability:** Opportunity for indefinite-term contract and statutory benefits. * **Culture:** Opportunity to join a solid organization in the healthcare sector, within a collaborative and professional environment.
