We employ over 9,000 people and operate 21 Recycling Centers, 3 Steel Mills, 15 Finished Product Plants, 1 Research Center, and 26 Distribution Centers. * **Responsibilities and/or Functions:** \-Administer core GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, VPCs) under supervision. \-Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for standardized deployments. \-Execute cost optimization initiatives such as rightsizing and preventive instance management (Spot VMs). \-Develop cost visibility dashboards in Looker Studio and BigQuery. \-Configure consumption alerts and budget overrun notifications to prevent financial deviations. \-Automate repetitive operational tasks using Cloud Functions, Python, or PowerShell. Ensure compliance with cloud resource tagging and governance policies (5x8\). \-Monitor cloud asset availability metrics (RTO/RPO) and security metrics (Zero Trust).
