A prominent company specializing in textile rental and laundry services seeks an Industrial EHS Engineer. · Job Objective: Ensure maintenance department compliance with relevant authorities including CONAGUA, Civil Protection, Ministry of Labor, environmental and quality standards, among others. · Key Responsibilities: Ensure maintenance department compliance with relevant authorities including CONAGUA, Civil Protection, Ministry of Labor, environmental and quality standards, among others. Ensure execution of maintenance tasks on plant equipment and their proper functionality. Maintain efficient use of supplies while developing and optimizing the skills of all maintenance personnel to fulfill all departmental functions. Perform maintenance on production and service equipment to eliminate rework. Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance on production and service equipment to ensure machinery remains in optimal condition. Record supply and corrective maintenance consumption for analysis and propose continuous improvements. Comply with the environmental and quality management system within the department. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Manage training and coaching for personnel under supervision, ensuring all staff possess the necessary skills and knowledge for daily tasks. Participate in continuous improvement projects. Implement TPM tools and teamwork practices to optimize maintenance work execution at the plant. · Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Electronic Engineer, or Mechatronics Engineer. Experience with Quality and Environmental Standards. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in teams and under pressure. Knowledge of: Environmental and Safety Standards Interaction with CONAGUA, Civil Protection, Ministry of Labor Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel proficiency Intermediate-to-Advanced English (Preferred) Basic technical knowledge in Electricity, Electrical Diagram Interpretation, Mechanics, Pneumatics, Instrumentation, Hydraulics, Electronics. Availability to work rotating shifts (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.). · Company Benefits: Our offer ranges from $21,000 to $23,000 per month before taxes (based on experience). Food vouchers: 7% more than the assigned salary = $1,470 to $1,610 per month based on the assigned salary (Redeemable Voucher Card).
