We are currently seeking talent for the role of: **"Human Resources Analyst"** **We Offer:** Biweekly salary Statutory benefits Grocery vouchers Savings fund Attendance and punctuality bonus **Experience Requirements:** * Recruitment and selection * Federal Labor Law * Payroll and payroll incidents * Excel and Microsoft Office suite * HR or ERP systems experience, preferably Zoho, Expeedify * Human Resources metrics * Company event organization * Onboarding **Responsibilities:** * Support personnel recruitment and selection processes * Post job openings across various job boards and digital platforms * Conduct initial interviews and candidate follow-up * Compile and update personnel files * Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other labor documentation * Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires * Monitor payroll, attendance, and vacation-related incidents * Manage personnel hiring, termination, and modification procedures * Support training and organizational development activities * Maintain control and tracking of performance evaluations * Generate reports and metrics for the Human Resources department * Provide support and follow-up to internal employees * Assist in workplace climate and internal communication initiatives * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations * Keep the personnel database up to date * Monitor disciplinary and administrative procedures * Participate in Human Capital department improvement projects If you are interested and meet the profile, please apply through this channel Thank you Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
