




Job Summary: Human Development Intern will provide operational support to the Talent Development area, strengthening training processes and information analysis to improve service quality. Objective: Role Purpose: Provide operational support to the Talent Development area to strengthen human training processes (for both female and male employees), information generation and analysis, and follow-up on onboarding audits, thereby contributing to the quality of service delivered to internal customers and enabling the team to focus on higher-impact strategic initiatives. Requirements: Currently enrolled student from the 6th semester of the following majors (or related fields): Communication, Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Administration with a focus on Human Capital, or other disciplines related to people development and training. Interest in talent development, training, and onboarding. Basic knowledge of material design tools (Canva, PowerPoint). Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Supportive and collaborative attitude. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Ability to support operational activities with a results-oriented approach.
