We invite you to join our team as: Early Collections Manager (First Invoice Non-Payment) Requirements: High school diploma (in progress or completed) Experience in collections, sales, and customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Flexible availability Occasional fieldwork Portfolio recovery Responsibilities: Achieve objectives for first-invoice non-payment portfolios and/or buckets defined by central strategy. Contain first-invoice non-payment accounts via telephone and/or in-person outreach for 100% of assigned portfolios. Conduct early-stage portfolio management via telephone and/or in-person outreach for unlocated customers and/or those refusing payment, as assigned by central collections. Manage early-stage portfolios for accounts aged 25 to 56 days overdue. Frequently report findings, causes, and/or reasons for non-payment (e.g., missing invoice, unaware of payment methods, etc.). Document all customer interactions in Salesforce / Dashboard. Responsible for early-stage portfolio management and NPPF (Non-Payment of First Invoice) metrics for accounts aged 25 to 199 days overdue. Achieve 60% assignment target.
