Employment conditions: * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Bonuses * On-site work mode * Schedule: Monday to Friday Responsibilities: * Define construction strategy and develop/update master plans, schedules, and budgets to optimize time and costs. * Ensure adherence to schedule, quality, and safety by supervising site personnel and contractors through regular site visits to verify progress and identify risks. * Select, negotiate with, and manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, timeliness, and contractual compliance. * Control budgets, analyze variances, and implement strategies to reduce cost overruns and improve financial efficiency. * Verify that construction works comply with regulations, technical specifications, and quality and safety management systems. * Collaborate with internal departments, monitor risks and progress, and present executive reports to senior management. * Coordinate final project handover, supervise punch lists, post-handover support, and technical-administrative closure. ### **Requirements** Requirements: * Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Architecture. * Minimum 6 years’ experience in vertical construction projects. * Experience in supervisory or managerial positions. * Experience managing construction projects from planning through to closure. * Experience supervising contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. * Cost control, budgeting, and scheduling expertise. * Quality management, regulatory compliance, and safety management experience. * Coordination with internal departments (design, cost estimation, legal, projects). * Experience in final project handover, punch list management, and administrative closure.
