Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates work teams, ensuring compliance with production orders and area cleanliness, while managing related documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and supervision of personnel in production processes. 2. Management of manufacturing orders and associated documentation. 3. Ensures compliance with cleanliness and operational standards. **Shift Supervisor** * Experience managing an average team of 100 people * Completion of production orders * Adherence to plant manager's instructions regarding manufacturing priorities. * Supervision of adherence to operations stipulated in the manufacturing order. * Supervision of proper cleaning of the area and equipment to comply with area and equipment release requirements. * Supervision of timely and accurate completion of manufacturing order documentation. * Collection of information and documentation corresponding to each operation, to be attached to the relevant file and submitted upon completion of the inspection process, followed by system data entry. * And other related duties. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * $15,000 to $18,000 monthly * Variable productivity bonus: $4,000 * Employee loans * Attendance bonus * Punctuality bonus * And other additional benefits **Requirements:** * Age 25 to 40 * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in a related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position **Rotating Shifts** * Day shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Friday off * Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off * Night shift: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off Apply through this platform or directly via WhatsApp at **8117070975** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $17,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Personnel supervision: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
