Description

**Key Responsibilities** * **Production Planning and Scheduling:** Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand; release and monitor work orders while balancing loads across production lines. * **Production Control:** Track manufacturing progress, identify deviations, resolve delays in coordination with area leads, and expedite critical orders. * **Materials and Inventory Control:** Verify raw material availability with Warehouse and Procurement to prevent disruptions, maintaining correct parameters in the ERP/MRP system. * **KPI Monitoring:** Analyze key metric reports such as *On\-Time Delivery* (OTD), schedule adherence, production efficiency, capacity utilization, and *backlog* levels. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams for operational meetings and corrective actions. **Essential Requirements** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field). * **Experience:** **2 to 5 years** of experience in production planning or control within the **metal-mechanical, automotive, or heavy manufacturing** industry. * **Languages:** Intermediate\-advanced English (**minimum 80%**, capable of conducting business conversations). * **Technical Tools:** \* Strong knowledge of **ERP/MRP** systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Plex, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level). * In-depth understanding of inventory control processes and manufacturing workflows.
