Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates sales teams, ensuring target achievement and execution of commercial strategies, with a focus on personnel development and indicator analysis. Personnel development and performance analysis ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise, coordinate, and motivate the team of **pre-sales representatives**. * Ensure **achievement of sales and distribution targets** within the assigned territory. * Guarantee the **proper execution of commercial strategies, promotions, and in-store displays**. * Monitor **key performance indicators (volume, coverage, efficiency, and profitability)**. * Conduct **field visits** to evaluate performance and identify opportunities. * Coordinate **training and development of direct reports**. * Maintain constant communication with logistics, marketing, and human resources departments. ### **Requirements:** * Education: **Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree** in economics, administration, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience in sales or pre-sales supervision** (preferably in fast-moving consumer goods or retail channels). * **Valid driver's license**. * Skills in **leadership, indicator analysis, and objective-based work**. * **Flexible schedule and willingness to perform fieldwork.**
