Responsibilities:
**The Opportunity**
This role is responsible for implementing the necessary collaborative strategies to ensure differentiated, comprehensive, and cost-effective forecasting and replenishment processes, guaranteeing shelf availability for all Savory DSD (Direct Store Delivery) customers within the Organized Channel — increasing profitability for both PMF and customers while meeting Service Level Agreements and the Joint Business Plan (AOP and S\&OP).
Improve the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) process and refine customer-centric strategies to foster deeper relationships that maximize sales and increase Share of Market (SOM).
The goal is to become trusted advisors to our customers, creating unique service experiences that captivate them and position us as leading suppliers. Focus on customer satisfaction and on managing and resolving incidents.
Ensure understanding of customers’ strategic objectives and lead projects to meet or exceed them.
Support the development of your team by helping them overcome barriers, identify strengths, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

* Accountable for all customer service metrics, including but not limited to Fill Rate OTIF and In-Stock.
* Responsible for delivering exceptional results in supplier evaluations, such as the Advantage survey, across customer service and supply chain areas.
* Drive service excellence through the customer collaboration team, meeting or exceeding customer expectations and promoting standardization across PMF.
* Serve as the voice of the supply chain to customers.
**Your Impact**
As an **SC Sr Coordinator CPFR**, your responsibilities will include:
* Building and defining the appropriate supply model for each customer, based on PMF’s annual objectives, commercial strategies, product sales, and customer goals for DSD delivery models.
* Planning Sell-In and Sell-Out forecasts by analyzing demand behavior using consumption trends, elasticity, seasonality, and customers’ commercial events.
* Executing all commercial plans and strategies negotiated between PMF and Oxxo, maintaining efficient replenishment and an inventory algorithm aligned with customer needs.
* Leading the maintenance of all replenishment-related information for customers (catalogs, scopes, store\-product combinations, product forecasts, promotions, etc.).
* Focusing the company on customer KPIs and needs (including sell-in and in\-stock), taking immediate action upon detecting deviations in the short, medium, and long term.
* Developing a collaborative agenda with Oxxo to optimize product inventories via joint forecasting to ensure optimal accuracy.
* Defining and leading, together with supply and commercial teams, key actions to guarantee optimal inventory levels at points of sale (POS).
* Planning customer seasons (Healthy Season, Easter, Summer, Back-to-School, and Christmas), peripheral displays, and volume distribution in alignment with consumer demand — identifying opportunities to ensure product availability and avoid excess inventory across all points of sale.
* Leading integration between PMF and Oxxo through a high-level agenda via Top-to-Top sessions and Logistic JBP, to synchronize processes that improve the Value Chain.
* Collaborating with the Service Lead Manager to enhance the supply chain through logistical efficiencies that drive productivity and sustainability in operations.
* Collaborating with the Regional Sales Development team to plan local and regional initiatives that deliver positive results on KPIs: sales, share of market (SOM), and distribution.
* Leading key initiatives and meetings to ensure achievement of objectives within the Advantage survey with our customers.
Qualifications:

**Requirements**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
* Master’s degree preferred.
* More than 3 years of experience leading CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) processes.
* Ability to act as a change agent.
* Ability to translate business needs into solutions and processes.
* Strong understanding of system interdependencies associated with production planning, replenishment, and customer delivery.
* Advanced Excel proficiency.
* Ability to ensure compliance with established technical standards, methodologies, and strategies.
* Ability to anticipate and overcome obstacles related to customer needs.
* Ability to develop effective alliances with business partners and various organizational levels.
* Experience supporting or delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
* Aptitude for training and mentoring less-experienced team members.
* Storytelling ability — communicating ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Results-oriented profile.
* Ability to become the customer’s voice, building relationships based on trust and influence.
* Strong negotiation skills.
