Position Summary: We are seeking a Computer Systems Technician for on-site and field technical support, network troubleshooting, and customer service, with experience in Routing and Switching and IP Telephony. Currently seeking: **Computer Systems Technician** **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field) (Preferably certified) * Experience as an engineer in Routing and Switching and IP Telephony, or on-site/field technical support with experience in Microwave (MW) and GPON * 2 years of experience * **MOTORCYCLE AND LAPTOP REQUIRED** * **WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL** **Responsibilities:** * Troubleshoot Layer 3 and Layer 2 faults, and voice-related issues * Address faults involving HSUs or ONTs * Hardware replacement * Operating system management * Technical support * Servers * Customer service * Problem resolution (networks) * Fieldwork **We Offer:** * Net salary of $15,000 * Statutory benefits * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week * Gasoline allowance * Per diems Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
