Contact us at phone number 81 1377 4430. **Job Requirements – Kitchen Installer** * Minimum 1 year of experience installing kitchens and closets. * Empathy skills, service-oriented attitude, strong verbal communication, and ability to handle objections. A kitchen installer is a professional specialized in assembling and fine-tuning modular furniture, possessing technical knowledge of countertops and appliance installation to create functional and visually flawless spaces. Main Responsibilities: Preparation and Layout: Interpret architectural and technical drawings; verify on-site measurements and mark level points (baseboards, countertops, and cabinets). Structural Assembly: Assemble, level, and secure lower and upper modules, ensuring they are perfectly plumb to prevent future misalignments in doors and hardware. Countertop Installation: Measure, cut, and fit countertops, performing precise cutouts for sinks and cooktops. Technical Connections: Perform or supervise basic water, gas, and electrical connections for appliances and range hoods. Finishing Adjustments: Install hardware (e.g., Blum systems or Gola profiles), adjust hinges so doors close perfectly, and apply sealants. 2\. Carpentry Skills and Technical Competencies: Expert handling of power tools (saws, drills, routers) and hand tools. Mathematical Ability: Accurate calculation of dimensions, angles, and levels in spaces that are not always perfectly square. Problem Solving: Ability to adapt standard furniture to wall or floor irregularities (out-of-square conditions) on site. Attention to Detail: A perfectionist approach to finishes and visual alignment of the final project. Customer Orientation: Friendly demeanor and ability to explain the operation of installed components. 3\. Typical Requirements: Experience: Typically requires 1–2 years installing modular furniture or full kitchens. Education: While practical apprenticeship is acceptable, carpentry certifications or technical training programs are valued.
