Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist with advanced experience in servers, networks, cybersecurity, and systems for field maintenance and support. Key Highlights: 1. Human development with medical and psychological support Mandatory Experience: Server management (Windows Server 2012 and 2022), RAID, Terminal Services, and Cloud Computing at an advanced knowledge level or minimum of 2 years’ experience in these areas; must also handle Cisco and/or Huawei routers as well as firewalls. Proficient in connection, installation, and maintenance of input/output devices and peripherals; corrective and preventive maintenance for PCs; installation and maintenance of LAN and WAN networks, both wireless and physical; experience in networking and telephony. Certifications in MS365 and ITSM platforms.
