Job Description We are seeking a candidate with experience in Procurement Administrative Support. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Procurement area, ensuring proper management of processes, documentation, and supplier coordination, utilizing digital tools such as SAP/Ariba to optimize operations. Support in managing purchase orders and contracts. Supplier registration and tracking in SAP/Ariba. Control and archiving of procurement-related documentation. Coordination with internal departments to validate requirements. Monitoring of deliveries and adherence to deadlines. Preparation of administrative and procurement control reports. Requirements In the absence of formal education, equivalent experience in Procurement Administrative Support will be considered, with knowledge in: Experience: 1–2 years in administrative roles, preferably in Procurement. Technical Skills: Basic/intermediate proficiency in SAP and/or Ariba. Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, reporting).
