Development toward a strategic role within consulting **Position: monday.com Technical Implementer & Automation (Make / API)** Location: Monterrey, NL (hybrid / partially remote) Employment Type: Full-time **Company: Method Lab** About **Method Lab** **Method Lab** is a consulting firm specializing in organizational design and advanced monday.com implementation for small and medium-sized enterprises. We do not use generic templates; instead, we design customized solutions based on real process diagnostics. We are looking for a technical, structured individual with logical thinking who can implement functional systems within monday.com and integrate automations with external tools. **Purpose of the Role** To translate organizational diagnostics into functional monday.com systems by implementing dashboards, workflows, automations, and integrations using tools such as Make or Zapier, as well as API connections when required. **Responsibilities** * Implement dashboards, columns, views, and automations in monday.com. * Design and implement advanced automations using Make or Zapier. * Integrate monday.com with other tools (ERP, CRM, POS, or other systems). * Work with APIs, webhooks, and JSON-like structures for custom configurations. * Execute workflow testing and validate operational scenarios. * Document technical configurations and implemented logic. * Participate in technical training sessions with clients. * Identify opportunities for improvement and continuous optimization. * Provide operational technical support to clients. **Required Profile** * Experience using monday.com or similar tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.). * Experience building automations with Make or Zapier. * Practical knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON structures. * Basic or intermediate programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript preferred). * Ability to read and understand technical documentation. * Logical thinking and process orientation. * Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical clients. * Organizational skills and timely follow-up. **Desirable** * Experience integrating monday.com via API. * Knowledge of GraphQL. * Prior experience in technical support or Customer Success. * Interest in growing into a Technical Customer Success role. **We Are Not Looking For** * Advanced monday.com users without technical foundations. * Programmers unwilling to interact with clients. * Candidates lacking real-world experience in automation or system integration. **We Offer** * Participation in real implementations with direct business impact. * Professional growth in automation and system integration. * Development toward a strategic role within consulting. * Performance-based monetary bonuses.
