Description

Job Summary: Responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting MES systems to ensure production execution, traceability, and communication among plant systems. Key Highlights: 1. Expert development and support for MES systems 2. Integration of ERP systems and plant equipment 3. Advanced SQL and programming language proficiency Develop, configure, and support the MES system to ensure correct production execution, material traceability, and communication among plant equipment, ERP, and automation systems. Responsibilities * Configure and program MES system modules * Create and modify: * Screens * Workflows * Recipes * Production routes * Develop SQL queries and production reports * Integrate with ERP (SAP / Oracle / others) * Communicate with plant equipment (PLCs, scanners, printers, torque tools) * Implement batch and serial number traceability * Provide floor production support * Diagnose and resolve system failures * Conduct testing during line startups and engineering changes * Document changes and versions * Train operational users Technical Knowledge — Development * Intermediate–advanced SQL (mandatory) * C# / .NET or Java * REST services / API handling * XML / JSON * Scripting MES Systems (at least one) * Siemens Opcenter / Camstar * SAP ME / MII * Rockwell FactoryTalk ProductionCentre * Ignition * Apriso * Critical Manufacturing Databases * SQL Server * Oracle Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
