Development and evaluation of new suppliers Position: Junior Procurement Specialist Description: Support the efficient management of the procurement process, ensuring timely supply of goods and services under optimal cost, quality, and time conditions, thereby contributing to the achievement of company objectives. Responsibilities: * Obtain quotations for materials, products, and services from various suppliers. * Prepare and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely and proper issuance. * Develop and evaluate new suppliers to expand the existing supplier portfolio. * Validate and maintain the supplier database up to date. * Coordinate, obtain quotations for, and track procedures related to required purchases or services. * Ensure procurement activities are carried out. * Track deliveries and resolve incidents with suppliers **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **SAP** (preferred). * **Microsoft Office** suite (intermediate Excel preferred). * Email usage (**Gmail**).
